Customs, Duties and Taxes 
For each order, delivery duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Orders will be shipped on a DTU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning NOT all applicable import duties can be paid at time of checkout and you may have to pay additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
General Shipping Overview
All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.
In the instance that you have ordered the incorrect item(s), provided incorrect shipping details or wish to cancel your order, please contact our team at info@liveindoze.com immediately after order placement. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make these amendments prior to fulfilment but will always do our best to assist.
Please consider the shipping address you provide – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as you will need to sign for your package. Doze cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorizing the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it. 
If you refuse a shipment from Doze you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to Doze. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.
